Hi Little Buddies!

Here is an 'up to date' report about my life:
Felicia Burghardt is still located on Waiheke Island. It seems that she got stuck there. Seriously, it's one of the most coolest spots in whole New Zealand! You guys propably wanna know why?! Okay here is the evidence: On Waiheke Island there are under 8000 permanent residents and everybody is just more laid-back than the rest of the country....maybe the world! It has a really nice atmosphere because you get to know a lot of people and the chance to meet them again is pretty high. This makes the island a friendly place because everybody knows everybody.
Do you guys know that about 2/3 rd of the island inhabitants aren't locking their cars or houses!!!
OK, enough with that.
I have been designing furniture for Ben to build, we made out of drift wood, that we collected on the beautiful clean beaches of the 'Rock' (that's what the locals call Waiheke Island).
I'm having a new job at the Beachfront Cafe in Onetangi Beach. If you are curious don't hesitate and have a look at: http://www.thebeachfrontbarcafe.co.nz/
At the moment I'm on coffee training. It's unbelievable how picky kiwi's are regarding their coffee. But I'm having fun and that's all that counts!
Sometimes I'm still helping out at Nourish and I really enjoy it.
Today was my big day off! Ben and I went to the Takapuna Markets and bought a lot of fruits and veggies. Oh and I had to have fresh walnut bread and some fresh honey. The markets were so busy, we felt like sardines in a tin! Have you ever heard of Feijoa? It's my favourite fruit in universe these days!
Afterwards we had some coffees in Devenport and caught the ferry back to the island.
Tomorrow another adventure begins as the week starts again! Gute Nacht, eure Feli.
